Big Give, Global’s Make Some Noise, and NCVO are partnering to run the Small Charity Week match funding campaign. This seven-day online campaign aims to
support small charities making a big difference in their communities. Big Give, the UK’s largest match funding charity, will be hosting the campaign on its
platform.
Our champion for this campaign is the People's Postcode Lottery.
The People's Postcode Lottery have pledged to match up to £1900 of funds raised- thank you!

What will be the result?
Donations and matched funding will:
- Provide a stove, pots, pans, and cooking utensils;
- Provide living room furniture, beds, mattresses, pillows, pillow cases, blankets, and sheets.
- Pay utility bills for 12 months.
- Pay a stipend to a matron (who has already been identified) to live with the vulnerable girls in the Helen Browne Rescue Home for Girls.

February 2026: Application for Small Charity Week 1:1 matched funding campaign
We have made an application to be approved for the Big Give Campaign's Small Charity Week, June 2026. If approved, we will be able to receive matched funding as long as we raise £1900- raising a total of £3800.

An exciting new project is the acquisition of a small house to provide shelter for four teenage girls who desperately need it, and provide a matron to look after them. Watch this space!

College starters in 2026!
We're excited to see 10 of our young people graduate from High School and gain places in University or College in January 2026. One is also now volunteering at a local hospital. Here are some photos of them in their new surroundings!
